ENTRANCE mural TO INSPIRE EMPLOYEES
The Arc Baltimore had their office renovated and wanted a few environmental graphics painted.
One of the areas of focus was their employee entrance. They wanted to feature their chapter's core values to remind their employees of the important work they do.
Our hope was that this mural would inspire them on their way to their office.

During painting, before the mural was even done, some of the employees were already saying how this mural made them very excited to come into work.
It is great to know that my design gave people who do such meaningful work a little bit of a boost.
